i was having my lunch in a cafe',
where i settled to my daily items which happened to be '4 roshi, musanma riha

and there came these two men who seemed very confident and all.

i was not surprised when they ordered for a coffee.
but which surprised me was the time which took them to empty their cups.

EXACTLY FOUR MINUTES and they were done.

yeah, i know. that's none of my business.
but i believe i have the right to wonder of and be surprised about what others do and say.
none can take that right away from me.
even if it be some people who disapprove of me because i refuse to live their way.

can we regard it as a new technique to have coffee or regard the technique out-dated?

just now one of my friend narrated this story which made her
to 'lose faith in them' as she puts it.

a long time ago she was doing this course
and went to this cyber cafe' to get this material.

and she got the 'naseebu' of occupying the same pc which he just then used.

guess what she found? damn!!!

AND THERE WERE MORE THAN 10 PORN SITES OPEN IN DIFFERENT WINDOWS TO PROVE WHAT HE WAS DOING.
WTF...
ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THAT, SHE WONDERED!
POOR 'SHE' COULD NOT UTTER A WORD BUT REMAINED SHOCKED WASTING 5 OR SO MINUTES OF HER LIFE, TRYING TO CLOSE THOSE SHITTY MATERIALS.

if any one wants to behead me for writing this story, all i have to say is,
i cannot help myself writing this narration.

No Big Deal

if ever you need a big laugh, you should watch these doha debates on bbc.

i was watching this thing today and the motion was
'this house believes that after gaza, arab unity is dead and buried'
i cannot think of a reason why they shud come up with such a 'no-more' topic in the first place.

everyone knows to what extent arab unity lies
and there really is no need to create a fuss about it.
i mean why cannot they rest the matter.
as one of the participant said it all lies in sitting back and discussing/chatting.
that's it. they wont go any further than that.

one of the panelist who talked for the motion implied all the people are united
and the only problem lies with the leaders.
i was laughing when the moderator asked if he meant that their leaders are not people:)

i was really devastated to come across this article on HaveeruOnline yesterday.

like Hilath I too blame the abundance of peodophiles on the last regime.

do you panic when you go to job interviews?
if you do then it is time to avoid it.
believe me there is no need of it.
you can shun from it and it wont cost you anything

when you are being interviewed make it a policy to think,
'we are just two important people
sitting down to discuss something of mutual interest and benefit.
i am equally important as him or her.
we both are human and are of equal rank'

DO NOT WALK IN HALF-SCARED
this will make the interviewer think less of you
do not try to give the answers they need and
do not sacrifice your beliefs over a mere answer.
depend it on what you believe and what you want.

Happy Valentines' Day

um, nothing of significance came to my mind
untill edm told me abt the coming valentines' day which is fortunately tomorrow.

as for maldivians it is;
the day to exchange gifts between valentines
the day to appreciate each other
the day to buy flowers
the day to go for long drives and walks
the day to ask and propose.
this simply is valentines day among us.
so wats the harm in celebratin it?

i mean we don't celebrate it because we believe in the story behind it.

what matters for me is that we get the joy after celebrating..
