i will use this little cottage to sleep and to use as a study room.

obviously in such a state i wont be having a proper drainage system, so i might start practicing the ancient drainage methods with some modifications in the free space available.
um. almost forget. i can put some covering over that old 'bokkura' after some partitioning
and rent them.
advance shall be 30,000.00 (lolx)

this will be my auditorium and cinema
the white sand mountain is to cover up my 'wastes'.
everytime i 'valhu-jahafa' i can cover it up. lolx
