how many of us believe in Maldives national day and the related stories about this very day???
i believe there are so many absurdities regarding them.
there are so many questions which need to be clarified.
too many mysteries to be solved.
for instance the thakurufaan is said to go through one of the islands !!!
how can it be?
they use wind to propel them.
can wind have that much of a fall on that day? or is it a night?
a miracle some say. a miracle which i do not consider
is he that holy to be shown some miracles
is he that pious?
if so, what about the incident where he took a 'hiley-anheneh' over his shoulder
to the sea side where there is no other soul??
damn..
so i will believe in this day and on the 'thakurufaanS' only when all the stories
regarding them is verified and clarified.
my conscience does not allow me to accept what some other one feed me
without questioning it.
